Cancellation Policy:

In the event of cancellation of booked services, Koliba U Dobrého Pastiera applies the following cancellation charges:

• More than 60 days before arrival: cancellation fee of 0% of the total deposit amount (any bank charges are paid in full by the guest)
• More than 30 days and up to 60 days before arrival: cancellation fee of 40% of the total deposit amount 
• More than 10 days and up to 30 days before arrival: cancellation fee of 50% of the total deposit amount
• From 10 to 3 days before arrival: cancellation fee of 65% of the total deposit amount
• Less than 3 days before arrival: no refund, cancellation fee of 100% of the total deposit amount.
