Cancellation of the ordered services subjects to the following terms and conditions of Koliba at the Good Shepherd:

• More than 60 days prior to check-in date: No cancellation fee, a guest will be refunded 100% of total booking charges (bank charges are paid in full by the guest)
• More than 30 days but not more than 60 days prior to check-in date: cancellation fee is 40% of total booking charges 
• More than 10 days but not more than 30 days prior to check-in date: cancellation fee is 50% of total booking charges
• 3 to 7 days prior to check-in date: cancellation fee is 65% of total booking charges 
• Less than 3 days prior to check-in date: no refund, cancellation fee is 100% of total booking charges.
