1. You will be introduced to the accommodation area as well as to your room by a receptionist responsible for your stay.
    2. The accommodation area may be entered only by persons registered as staying in the guest house. For this purpose all guests are requested to show their ID card, passport or any other valid identity document according to the Act no. 135/82 about residing citizens registration and Act no. 428/2008 about protection of personal data.
    3. On arrival, foreign guests are according to the Act no. 48/2008 obligated to fill out an official form regarding their stay and present it to the reception staff. All requested information is required to be stated truthfully and completely.
    4. To the guests, the guest house offers services at least of a quality and range defined by the respective decree on the categorization and classification of accommodation and catering facilities,  under which this guest house is classified.
    5. The guests agree to allow the facility personnel to enter their respective rooms to clean the room, or as required to ensure the safety of the facility.
    6. Guests are not allowed to produce excessive noise in the accommodation area of the facility. During the time between 10 pm and 6 am, guests are required to keep the noise down as not to disturb other guests. On the day of arrival, guests can be accommodated at times from 2 pm to 7 pm. If the guests want to get accommodated at later times, they are required to state this in advance by calling the number +421 917 440 604.
    7. Guests should check the status of their room and its appliances on their arrival and report possible malfunctions at the reception as soon as possible.
    8. Guests can take visitors to their rooms after they are reported officially at the reception and only from 8 am to 10 pm.
    9. On the day of departure, guests are required to leave their room by 11 am.
    10. In case of sickness or injury, the guest house will provide proper first aid or a transport to the hospital if necessary.
    11. Breakfast is served in the restaurant from 8 am to 10 am. If requested at the reception in advance, guests may have their breakfast served at different times.
    12. In exceptional cases, guests may be presented with a different room than the one they ordered, if the replacement room is similar to the ordered room.
    13. Guests cannot move furniture, nor tamper with electrical appliances, and are responsible for any damage which may arise as a result of doing so.
    14. Before leaving the room, guests are required to turn off any water taps, turn off all the lights, lock the room and return the keys at the reception. If the guests need to leave early in the morning when the reception is closed, the keys should be left in the key box by the main door to the facility.
    15. The guests are not allowed to use their own electrical appliances. This rule does not apply to electrical appliances meant for personal hygiene (i.e. a shaver, dryer). Those who do not abide by this rule are responsible for any damage which may arise.
    16. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the facility.
    17. If a guest requests an extended stay, they may be offered another room.
    18. The facility operator is not responsible for any possible conflicts between guests, but according to the extent of the law, necessary actions may be taken to secure order in the facility.
    19. Guests are not allowed to bring sporting equipment to their rooms.
    20. An internet connection is available  in every room for free, by WIFI or a LAN cable.
    21. Complaints or propositions should be given to manager.
    22. Any failures or problems should be reported to reception (by 10 pm), or the telephone number +421 917 440 604.
    23. Serious emergencies should be reported to 112 or 158.
    24. Pets will not be accommodated.
    25. Guests can park their vehicles  at the parking lot by the house. The parking lot is monitored by a camera system, but is not protected by a guard.
    26. A loss of key is charged with 16,60 EURO.
    27. The accommodated person/guest is liable for any damage to  the hotel property and furniture according to the valid legal regulations.
    28. This accommodation policy has been approved by the operator of the accommodation and restaurant facility LSS, s.r.o and has been valid since June 1, 2009.
